FALL RETREAT (ICHTHUS ROAD TRIP)

(for 6th-12th graders)

November 17-19, 2023 (Friday-Sunday)

Mt. Lebanon Camp & Retreat Center, Cedar Hill TX

Engaging studies, inspiring worship and great times with teens from other North Texas youth groups.​

​

Cost is $95, due SUNDAY, OCTOBER 29.

DEPART:

Friday, meet at the church at 5:30pm.

(BRING DINNER to eat after you load your luggage).

RETURN:
Sunday, we will eat lunch on the way home and return to the church around 1:00p (please be flexible and watch for updates).


WHAT TO BRING:

Participants need

> GRYM Participant Info Form on file (if not already done previously)

> GRYM Release Form on file (if not already done previously)

> Dinner for Friday night

> Money for ONE meal
> Bible
> Pillow
> Bedding (twin-sized bunk beds)
> Towel
> Toiletries
> Comfortable clothes for indoor and outdoor activity (IMPORTANT: Check the weather for Cedar Hill, TX to know what clothes you'll need)
> Comfortable shoes
> Reusable water bottle
> Instruments, games, etc. (optional)
> Flashlight (optional)

NOTE: Cell phone and electronic device use will not be permitted at this event. Either do not bring them or be prepared to turn them in before leaving. Parents, if you need to reach your child, contact Trane or one of the adult volunteers. Thank you!
